How does order processing work? TOP
You will submit and pay for your order through our checkout page. If you placed an order for stationery, invitations, or Party Plate items, you will receive a proof (limit 2 proofs per item ordered) within 3 business days from receipt of your payment. We are glad to change the font and/or color on any of our designs. Please make these requests on your order form at the time of checkout. Once your proof is approved we will process and ship.

What is a proof? TOP
A proof is a low resolution .pdf that we will e-mail you with your design.

Is there a minimum order requirement? TOP
Yes. We require a minimum order of 12 for all stationery and invitations, and a minimum of 24 on all printed photo cards.

What is a custom order? TOP
A custom order is a design that we will work with you one-on-one to create. This does not include color and/or font changes to designs already listed on the site. There is an additional charge of $15 for custom work. Please understand that you are not only paying for the paper, but also the time and creativity that goes into designing your custom creation. Please refer to the Custom Orders page to create your own design.

What methods of payment do you accept? TOP
We currently accept all major credit cards though Pay Pal, bank account transfers through Pay Pal, cash, checks, and money orders. Should you choose to pay with a method other than credit card, the money must clear the bank before we begin processing your order (may take 10 days).

Do I have to have a Pay Pal account to pay with a credit card? TOP
No. When you choose to pay by credit card, you will be directed to the secure Pay Pal site. At this point, you will click checkout without a Pay Pal account.

What is your return policy? TOP
Customer satisfaction is our priority! Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Make sure to check your proof thoroughly! Please contact us immediately if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order. At this time we will do our best to work something out with you.

Do you offer pick up for Baton Rouge area residents? TOP
Yes. If you wish to schedule a pick-up for your order, please type in "LOCAL" for the voucher code on the checkout page. Once your order is complete, I will contact you buy e-mail to schedule a pick-up. Please only use this code if you live in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, area.
