- Customer Service
Petite de Lis Designs, LLC is committed to exceptional customer service. Each order is processed in our home studio located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We take great lengths to ensure the quality of each product. We gladly accept custom design orders for an additional fee (Custom Orders). We also love hearing your ideas, so please let us know if there is something you would like to see us offer in the future (Contact Us).
NOTE: Due to color variations in monitor settings and font placement issues, your final order may vary slightly compared to what you see on your computer screen. We do our very best to make sure your final product looks like our website samples, as well as the proof you receive.
- Production and Shipping
Due to the personalized nature of our business, each item is custom made once your payment has cleared. At this time, we will create a .pdf proof for custom and/or personalized stationery/invitation orders and all Party Plate orders. This proof will be e-mailed to you within 3 days (only 2 proofs will be granted per order). Please allow 5-7 business days for your stationery/invitation order to be processed and shipped. All items are sent via USPS (excludes items that indicate shipped by the manufacturer). Once your item has been shipped you will receive e-mail notification. If you need an item quickly, rush shipping is available at an additional cost. Before placing you order, please contact us for a rush shipping quote and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has left our studio, Petite de Lis Designs, LLC cannot be held liable. Pick-up is available for Baton Rouge area customers. If
you would like to schedule a
pick-up when your order is ready rather than have it shipped, please contact us to make arrangements. If you arrange a pick-up, you will be re-imbursed shipping costs for all items except those that ship directly from our manufacturer. After your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange the pick-up.
NOTE: we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address, failure to do so will delay your order.
- Shipping Rates
Flat Rate Shipping = $4.95
You MUST pay shipping on all items that come from the manufacturer, even if you schedule a pick-up.
- International Shipping
We do ship internationally, but you must contact us before placing your order to receive a shipping quote.
- Payment Methods
We currently accept all major credit cards through PayPal, bank account transfers through PayPal, cash, checks, and money orders. Should you choose to pay with any method other than credit card, the money must clear the bank before we begin production of your order (may take 10 days). Credit card is the preferred method of payment, in order to provide the best customer service and turnaround time. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us for our mailing address.
- Sales Tax
By law, we are required to apply a 9% sales tax to all orders placed by Louisiana residents.
- Returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority! Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please contact us immediately if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order. At this time, we will do our best to try and work something out.
- Photo Card Requirements
Once you have placed your order, you can e-mail your photos to stacey@petitedelis.com. Photos should be sent as a .jpeg with a resolution of at least 1800x1200 pixels (300 dpi for scanned photos).
By submitting your photos to us you attest that you are the parent or legal guardian of any children in the photo. If you are submitting a photo taken by a professional photographer, you agree that you own all rights to the pictures and grant us permission for re-printing. You also agree not to hold Petite de Lis Designs, LLC responsible for misuse of copyrighted images.
- Store Hours
Our website is always open for your shopping needs! Orders are processed Monday-Friday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within 24-36 hours of submission. Since we are small individually owned and operated business, we are occasionally closed for vacation and holidays. These closures will be posted in advance on our homepage. During these times, you may still place your order, but it will not be processed until our return.
- Privacy Policy
Customer confidentiality is of utmost importance to us! Personal information collected by Petite de Lis Designs, LLC is used strictly for order processing and occasional e-mail offers from Petite de Lis Designs, LLC. We do not sell or exchange personal identifiable information with third parties, unless required by law.
